Work is to include cutting down some existing walls to be 4’-6” tall, constructing some 4’-6” tall walls, constructing full height walls between existing full height columns, and constructing a full height wall at the reception area. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including sprinkler patterns) as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
