INSTALL NEW PENDENT HEADS TO THE NEW WALL AND CEILING LAYOUT.

[BLD17-01370] - Permit is to remodel an existing 1,073 sq. ft. Cath Lab space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select interior window, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of millwork, construction of select interior non-bearing walls, select new door/door frame, select new overhead door for equipment closet, new millwork, new interior window, new engineered suspended equipment frame, new suspended acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: special inspection is required see attached 310 form. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
