NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. Note: rated corridor has been downgraded building is equipped with compliant sprinkler system, see attached letter from architect. Permit is to remodel an existing 9,064 sq. ft. tenant space on the second floor previously occupied by “Zasio” under BLD02-02987. Work to include: removal of interior nonbearing walls, removal of door/door frames and relocate some select door/door frames, removal of millwork, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling and gypsum ceiling, removal of select plumbing fixtures, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a reception area, a meeting room, an open office area and a new side corridor entry, select new door/door frame, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
