Permit is to expand an existing 1,839 sq. ft. tenant into the adjacent 1,229 sq. ft. tenant space creating a 3,082 sq. ft. business space. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls creating an open office area, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of new interior nonbearing wall to create a storage closet, new storage door/door frame, new millwork, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
