[BLD17-01128] - Permit is to remodel an existing 4,920 sq. ft. office/warehouse space to create retail space within the existing office for new tenant. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: demo existing nonbearing interior walls; construction of new ADA compliant service counter; addition of ADA compliant drinking fountain. Interior finishes must be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
