Permit for interior tenant improvements to expand an existing 2047 sq. ft. tenant space into and adjacent 819 sq. ft. space with work to include the removal of interior nonbearing partition walls including the curremt tenant demising wall and the relocation of the existing breakroon sink per the approved plans. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for one hour substitution. Any alterations to teh sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
