**Permit to remodel the first floor conference rooms and restrooms, and basement break room of an existing 2,885 sq ft space for the existing tenant. Work to include demo of interior non-structural partitions, new interior non-bearing walls, new doors and interior re-lites, new ceiling, new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work, and new interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. The lobby will remain open during construction, all egress paths are to remain functional. A certificate of completion is to be issued upon completion and approval of the project. This is a fully fire sprinklered building. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. **JAR**
