The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of removing the existing CPVC piping and capping off the existing connect. New steel piping will supply eight new sprinklers. A new mechanical tee will be install in the existing main within the existing stair tower.

Permit is to remodel an existing 2,071 sq. ft. tenant space on the second floor by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 695 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,376 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD17-02828. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
