Permit for an existing 7,918 sq. ft. tenant on the west side of the building that will be expanding into the adjacent 7,589 tenant space on the east side of the building creating a new 15,507 sq. ft. business tenant space separated by the core hallway and occupying the entire first floor. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a break room, a storage room and a conference room, select wall infill, new door/door frames, select ne interior windows, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG
