After speaking with plan review and ADA county it turns out that this project is not with-in Boise City juridiction. I notified Kyle with Shilo, Brian Gilbert with ADA county. All previous inspections are void.

Rough-in is passed but piping can not be covered until a tenting inspection has been passed. Currently no tenting has been installed. Also spray foam has been used extensiveely on the piping and will need to be approved to be used. No piping to be covered.
