ATTACH TO AN EXISTING 2½" MAIN WITH A 2½X1¼" MECHANICAL TEE AND RUN A 1¼" LINE OUT TO 4 HEADS IN ORDER TO ADEQUATELY COVER THE NEWLY EXPANDED VESTIBULE ON THE FIRST FLOOR.

For the renovation of the existing plaza to create a new streetscape with work to include the removal of the existing concrete, pavers and entry area and the construction of a new fountain, installation of new landscaping and general site work. The existing entry vestibule will be expanded approximately 324 sq. ft. beneath the existing second floor with the existing doors to be relocated and new led lighting installed along with some of the existing ductwork being reconfigured. The occupant load for the plaza is 719 total. There is no change in occupant load for the building as the area to be enclosed is already within the perimeter of the exterior walls of the building. This is a fully fire sprinklered and alarmed building. Any alterations to the sprinkler or alarm systems shall comply with NFPA 13 and 72 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
