This building is fire sprinklered for area increase and for fire area. Permit is to remodel an existing 5,426 sq. ft. retail space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a dressing room, a storage room, a closet, a bike fitting room, a utility room, showroom areas, a break room, BOH areas and an accessible shower for the disabled, select new door/door frames, a Hi/Lo drinking fountain, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceilings, relocated and new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
