Permit is to remodel an existing 5,445 sq. ft. tenant spaces. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame and relocate, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to create a conference room, (2) map rooms, a break room and open office areas, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocated light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
