The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. In addition, sprinklers are being added to a deck by extending an existing dry system.

This building is fire sprinklered for area increase and for non-rated corridors. Permit is to remodel an existing 17,480 sq. ft. second floor business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select exterior bearing walls for new windows and door openings, removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select interior windows, construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create (8) offices, (2) meeting rooms and a reception area, select new interior door/door frames, (4) new exterior windows, (1) new exterior door, a new elevated 330’ sq. ft. exterior deck, select new guards at deck, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
