Permit is to remodel an existing 1,994 sq. ft. business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame, removal of select millwork, new construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a closet, a reception area and office entry, select door/door frames, select millwork, select new gypsum ceiling, relocated light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
