The fire sprinkler system is required because this is a high-rise building. Permit is to remodel an existing business space within the 5th floor of the building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select door/door frame and relocate, construction of select new interior nonbearing wall to divide an existing office into two offices and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
