The fire sprinkler system is used for fire area. Permit is to remodel 2,082 sq. ft. of existing men’s and women’s restrooms and entry lobby/ballroom work on the main floor of the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior walls, removal of interior finishes, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select counters, removal of plumbing fixtures and accessories, removal of select gypsum ceiling and select soffits, construction of select interior non-bearing walls, select wall infill, select new door/door frame, new accessible restrooms for the disabled, new plumbing fixtures and accessories, select new acoustic ceiling, relocated and new light fixtures, lowering an existing lobby suspended acoustic ceiling, select new soffits, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
