Permit is to expand an existing 3,518 sq. ft. tenant space into the adjacent 3,812 sq. ft. tenant space creating a new 7,330 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select sinks, construction of select ne interior nonbearing walls to create (7) offices, (4) conference rooms, a break room, a work room, a reception area and admin areas, select new door/door frames, millwork, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG
