Note: Do Not Final until BLD17-01315 is finaled. Permit is to remodel an existing 15,507 sq. ft. business space within the west half on the first floor of the building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, new construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a lab area/clean room, a wash room, an autoclave room, a gowning room and an ante room, wall infill at the existing conference room and room #106, select new millwork, relocate fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
