Work to include: painting exterior of building, construction of new solid canopy on Bannock Street; demolition of stair connecting 1st floor and basement, remodel of 1st floor exterior entry; new office tenant exterior entry; demolition of interior non-bearing partitions in 1st floor and basement tenant spaces; remodeled electrical, mechanical, and plumbing; and new interior finishes on all floors.
