Permit is to remodel an existing 11,358 sq. ft. two story business building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame and replace with a double door/door frame, removal of select exterior window and replace with a double door/door frame, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (3) offices, an open office area, and a closet on the second floor, select interior 5’ high walls, select new door/door frames, new exterior concrete slab work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
