Permit is to remodel an existing 1,368 sq. ft. office tenant space on the second floor within an existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (2) offices, (2) closets and an open office area, select new door/door frames, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
