Remove existing 4002 FACP and replace with new 4007ES FACP. All existing notification, zone and relay circuits currently connected to the 4002 FACP to be relanded on the new 4007ES FACP. The existing annunciator to be removed and replaced. Extend a new IDNET circuit to existing 4th floor NAC panel to allow 4th floor devices to synch with the rest of the building. Extend a new IDNET circuit to basement elevator machine room for elevator control to recently upgraded elevator controller. This work is not associated with a building permit.

Ron Johnson said he had agreed to the 5 year upgrade with the owner but had changed his mind and was going to required 3 years.

Discussed the replacement / upgrade agreement with Ron Johnson. He indicated the woner wanted a 5 year agreement. I recommended we follow the statue and only allow 3 year.

Shane indicated that they don't have floor plans to properly submit for a system upgrade and wanted to know if this can be put to the owner instead of Johnson Controls. I sent him a copy of the upgrade agreement requirements and told him the owner could persue this avenue with the fire marshal.
