City approved plans and data sheets were on site but no review comments. I noted alot of smoke detectors located too close to air grills, atleast on strobe is overspaced in the southwest corner of the second floor, the plans indicate two phone lines but one IP line has been installed instead. Plans need to be resubmitted showing the actual installation including battery backup, equipment used and wiring arrangements for the actual installation. No testing of devices have been performed due to the above issues.

Emailed shane to let him know I still don't see an engineer of record review and approval. Shane responded 5-7-18 to indicate he had submitted this information but also attached it. I imported it into projectdox but it still did not show properly. Imported into Tidemark documents. Problem resolved.
