This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 16,365 sq. ft. business building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls to create open office areas, removal of select door/door frames and relocate select doors, removal of (1) shower in the men’s restroom, removal of select toilet partition at the men’s restroom, removal of select soffit ceiling, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of select light fixtures, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a break room a storage room, a lab room and a wall at the men’s restroom, extend existing conference and training room walls up to the deck above, infill select interior wall openings, horizontal sliding door at the breakroom, select new toilet partitions at the men’s restroom, select new suspended acoustic ceilings, new and relocated light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
