Plan Modification to add windows to offices, create small storage room. To reduce an existing 10,359 sq.ft. office to 5,014 sq.ft. at the south end of the building per approved plans on file. Work to include, removal of portions of an existing wall, construction of new partitions to create small office areas and new lobby, installation of suspended ceiling system, relocation of existing lighting, installation of new exterior door with concrete landing, Miscelaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered, any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. RmH
