RELOCATE 22 FIRE SPRINKLERS THROUGHOUT THE TI SPACE OFF OF THE EXISTING WET PIPE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM PER NFPA 13 2016 FOR LIGHT HAZARD. ALL EXISTING SHELL PROTECTION, PIPING AND EQ BRACING IS TO REMAIN IN PLACE.

Permit to remodel an existing 3,843 sq ft retail space into a new nail salon. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: demo existing nonbearing interior walls, new exterior storefront, new light fixtures, new interior non-bearing walls, new interior doors, new ceiling, accessibility upgrades to the restrooms, new plumbing and hvac, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
