The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit for interior tenant improvements to an existing 18,254 sq. ft area within a 30,502 sq. ft. building with work to include the removal and construction of interior nonbearing partition walls, minor exterior modifications including three exterior doors and the associated landings, electrical and HVAC work per the approved plans. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department.
