Description	(ALTERNATE WIRING CONFIG W/ANTENNA) THIS PROJECT SCOPE IS TO TIE A NEW AES W/INTELLIPRO RF COMMUNICATOR TO THE EXISTING MAXSYS FIRE ALARM COMMUNICATOR IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE TELEPHONE LINES AT THE SITE. AN ALTERNATE WIRING CONFIGURATION HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR THIS SITE THAT ELIMINATES THE RESTRICTION OF MOUNTING THE AES COMMUNICATOR WITHIN 20' OF THE FACP, WHILE STILL MAINTAINING THE UNITS' UL LISTING. A REMOTE ANTENNA AND SURGE PROTECTOR WILL BE INSTALLED INSIDE THE BUILDING. THE CONTRACTOR WILL FIELD VERIFY THE ANTENNA'S EXACT LOCATION. This work is not associated with a building permit.

Fire aalrm testing for AES communicator is complete. Submittal shows an indorr antenna being used, an outdoor antenna has been installed, all functions have been tested, submittal package needs to show antenna that is installed. Once reviewed, accepted and fees are paid then permit can be finaled.
