Clarence,

This is what needs to happen before I can approve and changes to the fire protection including the underground.

• Stock Construction needs to submit an upgrade agreement to make the system compliant in one year. This would include achieving the correct density based on the commodity/hazard.
• The unsprinklered areas would have to be sprinklered immediately including the spray paint booth.
• An impairment plan needs to be submitted and approved for the underground modification. This would include a fire watch while the sprinkler system is was impaired.
