This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 3,337 sq. ft. business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of door/door frames, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a tenant demising wall, an office, a break room and a meeting/conference room, select new door/door frames, select new interior windows, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
