Tested smoke detectors with sounders in dwelling units for floors 2 and 3. (units are complete and GC wants to lock them up to prevent damage). Accessible unit 211 has a strobe in the laundry room that failed. No other areas were tested and the system is not complete so at least partial retest is advised.
