Permit is to remodel an existing 3,533 sq. ft. business space (Suite #424 is 968 Sq. ft. and Suite #427 is 2,565 sq. ft.). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select interior windows, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create (2) offices, select wall infill, select new door/door frames, select millwork, remove select light fixtures and replace with LED fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
