**This building is fully fire sprinklered to allow for area increase. Permit to remodel an existing 22,476 sq ft retail tenant space for a new fitness trampoline park. Work to include demo of interior non-structural partitions; new interior non-bearing walls; new elevated walkway platforms connecting trampoline areas; new mezzanine; new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and new interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Special inspections required per attached Form 310. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. **JAR**
