Permit for a tenant improvement to an existing church. Work to include: interior upgrade with HVAC system and related structural work; new doors and hardware for code compliance; accessible restrooms in the basement; interior non-bearing partitions; kitchen cabinets and equipment; sanctuary ceiling; lighting; new finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. An upgrade agreement is in place to address fire separation issues on the east side of the building. This building will be fully sprinklered with an NFPA 13 system installed throughout the building for area increase as Type VB construction. The Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm systems WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
