Fire sprinklers used for building area increase. Permit is to remodel the existing lobby and restroom areas within the existing church building main level. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal of select millwork, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create accessible restrooms and new accessible restroom accessories, select new door/door frames, select new plumbing fixtures, select new gypsum ceiling, select new light fixtures, select new millwork, a new interior lobby metal roof awning, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
