This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Permit to remodel an existing 2,397 sq. ft. on the 9th floor of an existing high-rise building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create (5) offices, a meditation room, a conference room, an IT/storage room, a reception area, a break room and open office area, select new door/door frames, interior windows, select new millwork, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
