This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 552 sq. ft. area within the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of approx. 25 lineal feet of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of select light fixtures, construction of approx. 17 lineal feet of select interior non-bearing walls to create a coaches room and a storage room, select new door/door frame, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
