The fire sprinkler system is used for high-rise. Permit is to remodel an existing 10,807 sq. ft. tenant space within the 2nd floor of the existing building. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal of select millwork, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of select ceiling soffit, removal of select light fixtures, construction of select new walls to make offices, a storage closet, an accessible shower room, a locker room, (3) open lounge areas, open office areas, a copy room, halls, a break room, a kitchenette, (4) conference rooms, a reception/waiting area, a war room and (2) accessible restrooms, new door/door frames, millwork, select new interior windows, new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, add 18” vertical grab bars in existing accessible restrooms, select ne suspended acoustic and gypsum ceilings, select ne light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the building’s Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 and NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
