Permit is to remodel an existing 7,379 sq. ft. business tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select interior windows, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a reception area, a secure office, a coffee break area, a waiting area, a copy room and a conference room, select new door/door frames, millwork, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
