Fire sprinklers used for area, story, and height increases. To construct a 1,410 square foot shell office tenant space in the Southwest corner of the 6th story of the Owyhee Place historic building. The shell and core upgrade work was done under permit BLD18-00778. The existing corridor is nonrated to connect the two interior exit enclosures. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors & glazing, millwork, miscellaneous mechanical/plumbing/electrical, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area and height increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. **JHB**
