This building is fully fire sprinkled for area increase. Permit to remodel existing approximately 2000 sqft retail area. Work to include: demolishing of existing walls and constructing new interior non bearing walls (less than 60 lineal feet of wall) to convert fitting room into expanded stock room. Trench and supply new dedicated circuit and data to new customer service station. Racking above 8'-0" not approved under this permit. Interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinkled. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **MDH**
