Permit is to infill a 210 sf portion of the existing mezzanine level which brings the total mezzanine area to 1,296 sf and relocation of existing door at dishwashing/prep area located on mezzanine level. Work to include: demo of existing finishes, new floor system, new floor/ceiling finishes, relocated door, and minor electrical/mechanical work for door relocation. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JHB**
