Permit is to remodel an existing 1,383 sq. ft. tenant space for business use. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select wall, removal of select door/door frame, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an office, (3) treatment rooms, a hall and a waiting/reception area, select wall infill, light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
