Permit is to remodel an existing 5,100 sq. ft. office area within an existing 43,491 sq. ft. warehouse building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of door/door frame, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal of select gypsum ceiling, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (2) offices, a storage room, a break room, accessible restrooms and an open office area, select new wall infill, select new door/door frames, select ne interior windows, millwork, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceilings, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
