Permit is to remodel an existing 4,400 sq. ft. business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocate, removal of select millwork, removal of select soffit and suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a huddle/conference room, a lobby, a visitor’s room, a storage room, a print area, and open office area, select wall infill, select new interior window, millwork, suspended acoustic ceiling, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
