Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 8,467 sq. ft. building with work to include the removal of an exterior roll up door, removal of an interior office area, infill of the roll up door opening with new storefront system, construction of new interior walls to create a new 206 sq. ft. office serving the existing shop areas and the installation of a new HVAC system per the approved plans and the attached engineering. this is a fully fire sprinklered building, any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 per fire department requirements.
