Tested 100% panel functionality. Sprinkler monitoring, initiaing and notification devices. Passed test. Still need updated addresses on as-built plans and building map, AC breaker lock. There was mention of access control being added before buillding is completed. Basement has a kitchen with residential hood. Class one hood may need to be added.

Jeremy called to discuss return duct detector placement. He indicated that he has 3 roof top units that are all tied to a central duct. Wanted to know if 1 duct detector is adequate to use for all 3. I informed him that 1 could be used, as long as there are no duct return intakes after the single duct detector. All 3 units would shut down when the single duct detector was active. This is subbject to inspectors review of the actual installation.

No actual testing performed. Plan mods are needed showing the actual fire alarm panel installed, a smoke detector is needed over the facp, provide verification whether hvac shutdown is needed or not, provide plan mods or make field changes to strobes that are overspaced, provide device map as per the review comments.
