THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT COVERS RISER SYSTEM #1 (ALSO REFERRED TO AS WEST) AND RISER SYSTEM #2 (ALSO REFERRED TO AS EAST) ONLY. RISER SYSTEMS 3-5 WILL BE SUBMITTED UNDER SEPARATE PERMITS.
