I tried calling the contact phone number three times but it won't even ring. I tried calling Clarence but it just goes to voice mail. I went to job site and made no contact. I however walked and looked at the tenting. On the main level laundry room the cpvc piping disappears behind the insulation on the wall (not sure what is going on here) and the ladder has been removed so I have no access to the upper floor to look at tenting. I walked around the house but I'm unsure it the roofing is approved to walk on. No piping can be covered. Sticker left on site.

Piping installed does match city approved drawings. Overspaced hangers on level 1. System held 200 psi for hydrostatic test but if changes need to be made to match city approved drawings then a re-hydro will be required. Head in level 3 bedroom is to close to heat register, need 24 inchs off of heat registers with 13D.
